Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Currently, we only ship to countries within the European Union. Worldwide shipping will be available soon. If you’re located outside the EU and would really like to get your hands on one of our products, feel free to contact us — we’ll make sure to sort you out.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your region. Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. From that moment, you can follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions to either reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from a nearby pickup point.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
We process order from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email connect@crxte.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
